About the speaker: John R. Graham is the author of a recent paper on the challenge of the uninsured in California, as well as the primary author of the monthly Health Policy Prescriptions series, which recently have addressed reforming Medicaid, expanding Health Savings Accounts, and pharmaceutical legal liabilities. He has written on prescription drug regulation, pricing medicines, the re-importation of prescription drugs from Canada into the U.S., intellectual property law, financing of hospitals, medical savings accounts.

            Before joining Pacific Research Institute, Graham was Director of Health & Pharmaceutical Policy Research at the Fraser Institute, Canada’s leading free-market think tank. He speaks frequently on radio & TV, and at conferences in the U.S., Canada, & Europe. He received his M.B.A. from the London Business School and his B.A. in economics & commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada.
