A number of important tax issues are on our ballots this November. We would like to help you, the voter, learn more about these important issues, and make an informed decision on which way you will vote.

  • Proposition 30 - (State of California) Temporary Taxes to Fund Education. Guaranteed Local Public Safety Funding. NO; OPPOSE
  • Proposition 32 - (State of California) Political Contributions by Payroll Deduction. Contributions to Candidates. YES; SUPPORT
  • Proposition 38 - (State of California) Tax to Fund Education and Early Childhood Programs.


  • Measure A - Transaction and Use Tax. NO; OPPOSE
  • Measure D - Burlingame School District Bond Issue: $56 million. NO; OPPOSE

  • Measure E - Jefferson Union High School District,  bond Issue: $41.9 million. NO; OPPOSE
